We were invited to a training course on online marketing in Radebeul on 13 October. For us it was an all-around successful and instructive seminar. Mr. Pfeifer was a very pleasant speaker and has adjusted very well to the different participants. We felt very comfortable and received a lot of previously unknown background information. All in all, the time was over much too quickly and we can definitely recommend this seminar. We would be very happy if we could experience the "Heldenhelfer" again. All the best and good luck!

I have now been supported by Andreas Pfeifer for quite some time in building up my self-employment. And I can say: it doesn't get any better than this! In terms of content and personally. Whether it was strategic advice on building the website and blog, search engine optimization or conception of social media marketing: Mr. Pfeifer always had a clearly structured approach, an incredible reservoir of knowledge or ideas and an excellent feeling for language and aesthetics. In addition, the certainly necessary patience (at the 3rd or 4th similar demand), very fast response times to open questions and always a supportive impulse - even beyond the consulting time. The whole thing packed in an unbureaucratic, as it were precise, warm-hearted, listening and approachable personality. Thank you very much for that! And to top it off: The Heldenhelfer offer the opportunity to apply for a start-up grant for digitization consulting through RKW Hessen, among others. That helped tremendously with financing the consulting services! And no: I wasn't paid for such a good evaluation - it was just the way it was!

I have known the Heldenhelfer for a long time through training courses on the subject area of gastronomy/hotel. This year we designed a new homepage together and I finally got what I actually had in mind. Many related topics could be worked on in parallel, from a rating platform to a channel manager system.
The Heldenhelfer work very professionally on all levels and if needed there are also external partners for many related areas.
Most of all I am impressed that you are always there for your customers and have an open ear for every problem !
